A technical issue in the College’s new Registrant Portal that prevented registrants from properly reporting Continuing Competency Credits (CCCs) has been resolved.
When reporting CCCs in the Portal, registrants were required to complete all fields, including the “Applies to Certified Practice” field, regardless of whether a registrant held a Certified Practice certificate or not. This was an error in the system, as the “Applies to Certified Practice” field should be optional.
CSHBC worked with our portal vendor to fix this high priority issue as soon as possible and apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this error.
The deadline for reporting CCCs in the current cycle is December 31, 2021.
