In the Summer of 2019, the College moved to a new bulk email vendor, resulting in a significant reduction in the number of emails from CSHBC to registrants that bounced (emails that were not successfully delivered). That said, a technical issue involving emails sent to registrants with Yahoo email addresses has not yet been resolved. Currently, more than 80 CSHBC registrants use a yahoo.com/ca email address.
CSHBC is working with our bulk email vendor to fix this high priority issue as soon as possible and apologizes for any inconvenience.
Registrants are reminded that they should periodically review their contact information in the CSHBC Registrant Portal and make any necessary updates. It is registrants’ responsibility to maintain up-to-date contact information to ensure that CSHBC sends emails and other communications to the correct addresses.
