CSHBC registrants are asked to ensure the College has their up-to-date email addresses and other contact information. This is particularly important during the COVID-19 pandemic, when CSHBC is updating registrants on guidance regarding practice.
Registrants should log in to the Registrant Portal and ensure their correct email addresses are entered in the following sections accessible in the menu at the left:
- Personal Information: CSHBC sends communications, including email newsletters, to the email address listed here. Please ensure an email address that you check regularly is listed here. Note that the email address listed here also serves as your login email for the Registrant Portal. So, if you change the email address listed in Personal Information, your login email for the portal will also change.
- Employment Information, Place of Practice: Ensure that you have your current business email address listed here.
All registrants are on the mailing list for CSHBC email newsletters. If you do not receive CSHBC email newsletters, first check the Junk/Spam folder in your email program to see if any newsletters are there. If that is not the issue, contact CSHBC at email@example.com, and a CSHBC staff person will investigate why you are not receiving newsletters.
Registrants should also check the CSHBC website regularly for news stories and notices to the professions.
